Each TransDance Journey begins with a movement meditation designed to unlock and unlayer unnecessary tension and invite you into a deeper experience of enlivened embodiment. We then explore through music and freeform ecstatic dance a symbol, theme or ritual from one of the great wisdom traditions as a gateway to conscious awakening and the celebration of life.   

Spaciously facilitated. All movement is at your own pace.

Dance in the midst of majestic mountains, deep blue waters and the exquisite spaciousness of the sky!  We dance to nourish and celebrate, we do art to express and integrate, we circle to honor and illuminate our stories.  There is also time to simply hang out, eat, rest and reflect. Give your body and soul a chance to revitalize and renew in the company of other wondrous women and the healing presence of nature. 

    

- Arrival between 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm on the first day and departure by 4 pm on the last day

- Location: Lake Tahoe's west shore
- We car pool
- Meals are purchased and prepared collectively
