is a modern day temple dancer leading inspirational,
transformative and healing movement since 1988. At the core of
Heather’s personal journey is an undeniable soul calling,
to DANCE… for self-expression, vitality, awakening and ecstasy.
This
calling fuels her life-long exploration of movement modalities,
wisdom traditions and personal depth work. Heather has studied
Anthropology and Religion at UC Berkeley and completed a four-year
program in Spirituality and Consciousness Studies.
She
has developed a body of work and a style of facilitation that
honors the mysteries of life and the unfolding of the individual
soul. Her passion for teaching and leading springs from
her own experience with the dance of life as a path to healing,
health and wholeness.
As
well as producing her own workshops, circles and retreats, she
leads events for many groups and organizations, including
Esalen, The Kripalu Center, Dean Ornish’s Preventive Medicine
Research Institute, UC Berkeley, The Claremont Resort and The
Omega Institute.
Heather
centers her work in Northern California in the company of many
brilliant and beautiful dancers, and lives in Berkeley with
her precious young son, Ronan and her beloved husband, Tim.
